Special packaging includes custom sized or printed boxes, shipping tubes and gift wrapping. FastFulfill.com can supply any special packaging at competitive rates.
What is the turnaround time for the fulfillment of our orders?
All orders received before 1:00PM CST will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 1:00PM CST will be shipped next day. We do offer rush shipping charges for urgent orders.
How does FastFulfill.com receive orders from my company?
When your customer places an order through your online shopping cart, we immediately receive an email detailing the item(s) to be shipped out.

Will my customers be able to check on the status of their order?
When a package leaves our facility, it will contain a tracking number. If you would like us to, we can notify your customer when the package is shipped out. They can then follow the progress of their order using their order tracking number.
Do I have the ability to monitor my inventory?
We will provide you a user ID and password to access your account. Once logged in you can view all inventory transactions, including receipts, returns and ship outs. You may also view a comprehensive record of your inventory from this tool.
