Order Processing

Fastfulfill.com works with you to get orders processed in a precise and efficient manner. Your orders will be processed and shipped on the same day they are received, or within 24 hours if received after 1:00 PM, CST, M-F. When an order is processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

You may choose the order processing option that is best for you and your business:

Manual Entry

You may manually enter orders using our secure Inventory Management System. When a customer places an order, simply enter their information and Fastfulfill.com will receive and process your order immediately.

Excel or CSV Upload

This option allows you send us a high volume of orders all at once. As opposed to manually entering each individual order, you may upload your spreadsheet containing multiple orders. Fastfulfill.com will receive and begin processing your orders as soon as the file is uploaded.

Merchant Service Providers

Fastfulfill.com offers different levels of integration from various service providers. If you would like an online shopping cart, but do not know which service provider to use or how to build a shopping cart, please contact us to discuss your merchant service options.

Inventory Management System

Our secure Inventory Management System allows you to easily access everything you need to know about your account. There is no software to install or load in order to use this feature. You will simply need a computer with internet access.

Once you log in to your account with your username and password, you can perform multiple tasks, including:

  • Inventory search by ID number, item description, quantity in stock, quantity ordered year and month to date
  • View inventory shortages
  • Reorder items that are low or out of stock
  • View reports such as receipts, invoices, returns, and ship outs
  • Enter or upload customer orders

Shipping

Reliable shipping is crucial to the success of your business. Fastfulfill.com works closely with our shipping partners to give you timely delivery at the best possible price. Our main carriers are UPS and USPS and we will work with you to determine what will be the best option for your business and your customers. Getting your merchandise into the hands of your customers is our #1 priority.
